Video #2 above takes you through the Red Widow Media free trial and Red Widow Media subscription process which is very easy to complete. First, I take you through the subscription payment process to know what to expect. There is only one subscription plan for one month at $24.00.

Once the one month of service ends, you can decide whether or not to pay again to renew your subscription. As you can see there are no automatic billing/recurring payments. You simply pay as you go. There is a 7-day money-back guarantee which means you can only request a refund within the first 7 days of your paid subscription.

However, I am sure if the 7-day money-back guarantee applies to each month that you pay. You can contact support with pre-sale questions via the chatbox when going to their website.

Red Widow Media Subscription – Checkout Page

You will see the checkout page in the video where you must enter all the required info into each field. Fields with an asterisk must be filled in. As for entering a phone number, I always enter a fake phone number. I don’t like giving out my real phone number online and you might feel the same.

It’s very important that you enter your correct and working email address. Make sure you check the spelling of your email. It must be correct. Get this wrong and you won’t receive 3 important emails from Red Widow. You will be required to create a password and remember that password (or store it somewhere) for future use.

The 3 emails you receive will have your ‘My Account’ link with your username that you use to log in to view your account/order info. For the username, you can use the same email address that you signed up with. You must also use the password that you created during the signing up. There is a ‘My Account’ link on the Red Widow website to sign in with your username and password. You can also change your password if you want.

Another email will have your activation/login credentials such as the Provider ID, 4 Device Pin Codes, Username, and Password. They are needed to activate and use the SO Player app which connects to the IPTV service provider. Red Widow is the IPTV service provider that delivers all the streaming TV content.

The Red Widow Media free trial has similar steps but you won’t be paying for anything. No payment/credit card is required. There is only one payment method to use credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. I’m not sure if American Express and Discover Cards are allowed.

If you run into a problem making a payment, just contact support via the chatbox. There’s usually a live agent available.

More Info Concerning Email

Right after you complete the Red Widow Media Subscription, 3 important emails will come your way. If you don’t see any emails, then you should check in your Junk or Spam folder for them. Move those emails if you see any for Red Widow and move them to your regular email inbox. This way you will receive all future emails from them as well.

Red Widow Media Free Trial

Again, the Red Widow Media free trial is totally free. You will not be asked to give up your credit card information. You complete that same checkout form with your personal information. Create a password and remember it or store it for future use. You don’t have to enter a real phone number. I always entered a fake one.

After completing the free trial or subscription process, you will be taken to a thank you page. This page will include your Order Details and TV Subscriber Information. This section will have your activation/login credentials which include the Provider ID, 4 Device Pin Codes, Username, and Password. Other info is included also. You get the same info via email.

In Closing…

That’s all there is to it in a nutshell. Just watch the video above to see everything in action. Signing up for the Red Widow Media Free Trial or Red Widow Media Subscription isn’t that much different. One you pay and the other you don’t. Everything else is the same.

Always remember the name of your IPTV provider, in this case, Red Widow. Know how to find them online. Never go searching online for help with the SO Player. Go to the RedWidow website for support on everything.
