Information on Clearfire TV Renew Subscription (Clear Fire TV) and EfireTV Renew Subscription, Login, Customer Service, SO Player, Alternative, and More
If you are trying to figure out where to get the subscription, renew, or the EfireTV Login, it appears you are out of luck. More than likely you can’t get any EfireTV customer service either. I searched the 3 major search engines (Google, Bing & Yahoo) for efiretv, efire.tv, and whatever else I could think of. There were no listings but that’s okay because you will have some good alternatives that support the same app.
2/12/23 UPDATE:
Many eFire TV and Clear Fire TV users are getting the EC21 error message inside SO Player. What this means is your IPTV service such as the two mentioned here is either out of service or another problem exists on their end. eFire TV and Clear Fire TV are both out of service.
The other part of this is trying to switch from one SO Player IPTV service to another SO Player IPTV service to activate and you get the EC21 error.
You must go to your subscription service (IPTV service) where you paid your money and have an account to get support. Don’t go anyplace else online, no one or website can help resolve this error. Since you can no longer use eFire TV or Clear Fire TV, you must find a new SO Player IPTV service.
When subscribing to the new SO Player IPTV service, they will email the new activation/login credentials such as Provider ID, Device Pin Codes, Username, and Password. If the EC21 error shows up and trying to activate the app, you need to contact the new SO Player IPTV service. They need to reset your MAC address.
This error applies to any SO Player, Nora GO, ISG GO, or LUX Player IPTV service. Again, read below to get more of an understanding of what’s going on.
1/30/23 UPDATE:
We are getting bombarded with efire TV and Clear Fire TV users coming to our website. I just visited the Clearfire TV website HERE and it’s gone. I’ve seen SO Player IPTV website shutdowns over the years and these look to be the same thing.
The shutdown is either permanent or temporary but either way, it shows unreliability. Whenever you see a SO Player IPTV service website like this offline and you cannot get support and can’t watch streaming TVs/VODs anymore, it’s time to move on and find another SO Player IPTV service.
If your paid subscription is still current, you may have to take a loss. It’s your choice to continue surfing the web but you are not going to find help outside of Clearfire TV.
I’m going to give you e SO Player IPTVs to always have on hand. Even if one permanently shuts down, you have the others. It’s the nature of the beast when dealing with IPTV services for any TV app. You simply find another IPTV service that supports the TV app you are using.
Check out these SO Player IPTVs, and choose one to resume watching your favorites online.

NOTE: When clicking the link directly above and you see a one-page Jamzone website to log in and you are not a current subscriber, just contact the chat box agent to request a new subscription. If this IPTV service is no longer available, then click the #2 link below or any one of the other links below for LUX Player. That app is extremely similar to SOPlayer including the IPTV services they are associated with.

NOTE: I found out from the IPTV services above they are getting many individuals paying subscriptions at one time. This is causing the payment processor to shut down and reset. If you experience an issue that prevents you from paying the subscription, you can wait it out and pay at 8 PM when the system resets.
Or, use another IPTV service that’s very similar and supports the LUX Player app (also supports Roku). I provided two of them below…

LUX Player IPTV 2 ***Service & App same as the above, just different brand names.

NOTE: At the time of my video review, none of the CatchUp shows worked/played. Keep in mind that most IPTV services don’t include CatchUp TV. Perhaps this new IPTV service will bring the content back in the future.
Nevertheless, keep watching the video to see all the other working channels. Some of the UK channels did not work as well. Perhaps by the time you subscribe, these channels will be working. But what you can do is contact support about the non-working content if any interests you before you subscribe.

eFIRE TV UPDATE:
eFire TV is no longer accepting new customers. Current subscribers have been experiencing difficulty with subscription renewals as of late. Their website is no longer appearing online. It’s best to find another SO Player IPTV service. We found a new one that has a website fully intact. You can find the website online.
They are accepting new customers and subscription renewals. But you have to sign up and subscribe to them. You cannot use the same Provider ID, Device PIN Code, Username, and Password from the previous or current SO Player IPTV service.
You will get support, no problem there. When you subscribe, you’ll get the same type of activation/login credentials. So what are you waiting for?… Click the link below to visit the new SO Player IPTV service from a different merchant. This is not eFire TV. You’ll get everything you had before with the new IPTV service.

As a result, the website was not listed on any of those 3 search engines. As a product reviewer and tester of these services, I can assure you this one is gone. Unless they have completely gone underground whereas only current subscribers can renew. If you don’t have access, then again you’re out of luck.
Usually what happens to all SO Player IPTV services including the EfireTV SOPlayer IPTV service is that once they reach the maximum number of subscribers they close the doors to new customers. Often they allow current customers to renew their subscriptions. Only part of their website appears whereas only the My Account page appears for existing subscribers to renew.
If you are witnessing anything I said so far, then continue reading. I will give you an EfireTV alternative where you can continue watching your favorites via the SO Player app. You can find the app inside the Google Play Store or Apple Play Store or on your streaming device if it has an internal app store. Fire TV and Firestick devices must take a different route – Click Here for the setup.
If you are in a hurry, you can click the link below to head over to the alternative SO Player IPTV service. But you really should read everything posted here before leaving. There’s more you need to learn about and be aware of.

Is EfireTV Down and Coming Back Online?
Very seldom do IPTVs come back after they completely shut down. If you no longer can get the EfireTV renew subscription, login, no more customer support, and the website is completely gone, then it’s beyond the Efiretv down phase. It’s completely gone. I’ve seen this happen to many SO Player IPTVs over the years. There is nothing you can do about it.
Usually, this starts with IPTVs no longer accepting new customers with only part of the IPTV website appearing for current subscribers. Then at some point in time, subscribers can no longer renew their subscriptions, and the IPTV service website is completely gone.
There’s no since searching online for outside help. You won’t find any. Don’t waste time looking for help for SO Player. You will be barking up the wrong tree. The app is just a free download. It doesn’t deliver any streaming TV/VOD content by itself. You need an IPTV service to activate the app when emailing you the activation/login credentials (Provider ID, Device PIN codes, Username & Password). The IPTV service delivers all the streaming TV/VOD content.
You always go to the SO Player IPTV provider for support with the TV app. If you don’t know the name of your IPTV service, can’t renew the subscription, get help, etc., then it’s time to start over. Find another SO Player IPTV service similar to EfireTV and always remember the name to find them online.

EfireTV Alternative for SO Player with More Options
First, let me give you a bit of an update on what happened to SO Player IPTVs lately. Around December 11, 2021, many if not all SO Player IPTVs closed their doors to new customers. I’m not sure why this occurred so quickly for many of these services during the same time. However, the good news is I found one service catering to new customers.
Yes, you can subscribe to the eFireTV alternative service and use the same SOPlayer app installed on your device. They give you more subscription packages (1, 3, 6 & 12-month plans). You will see the full attractive website, get customer service/support, and like the EfireTV renew subscription plan you can renew your subscription with the alternative IPTV service.
Once your subscription period ends, simply head back to the IPTV service website to renew. As I said before, I don’t know what’s going on with all the SO Player IPTVs out there. But there’s another benefit you have with the eFire alternative that I’m giving you.
They have other IPTV apps with various subscription plans that you might want to take a look at or keep in mind should any problem occur with SO Player. You can use the same alternative IPTV service when switching to a different TV app. This way you don’t need to go looking for another IPTV service.

EfireTV SOPlayer: What You Need to Know Going Forward
When you activated the EfireTV SO Player the first time, your IP address was locked with it. SO Player uses an IP Lock system which means you cannot change your IP address. You can, however, use a mobile phone to connect to various WiFi areas. No VPN service can be used to hide your IP address — using other IP addresses is prohibited.
SO what this means is that when switching from one IPTV service to another, you won’t be able to use the SO Player app on your device that’s locked to your current IP address. You can contact an alternative IPTV service like the one I’ve given you to have them reset your streaming device or smart TV.
But they may tell you to simply use the Device Pin Code method to activate the SO Player for the alternative IPTV. I would try that first before contacting support. Case in point… I test reviewed many SO Player IPTVs in the past. Some IPTVs could do the reset on their end so that I could use SO Player app again. A few IPTVs told me to do a factory reset on my Firestick which takes time to do especially when re-installing apps.
Usually with my Firestick and SOPlayer installed I would activate the app without using one of my device pin codes. But when I started to get the device error and I couldn’t activate SO Player with the new IPTV service, I went another route. I activated the app using one of my device pin codes. That did the trick
So if you can’t get the SOPlayer app activated with the eFireTV alternative IPTV service that I gave you, try using the device pin code approach.
In closing…
If you can’t get inside the EfireTV login or EFiretv renew your subscription, it’s time to move on and choose another IPTV service. I’ve already told you previously what happened to most if not all SO Player IPTVs out there. Right now there aren’t any of these IPTVs for new customers wanting to use SOPlayer. This could change over time whereas more of these services will become available to new customers.
Take heed to what I said about the EfireTV SOPlayer issue when switching to the alternative IPTV service. When you try to activate the app with the other IPTV and there’s an error where the app won’t activate, use the device pin code method. This should get you to use the app to watch TV online.
Otherwise, you will need to contact support. Hopefully, you don’t have to do a factory reset on your device. You also have the option to choose a different one with the same IPTV service to get around the issue.
It doesn’t matter if you uninstall/install SO Player again or use a different device that’s using the same IP address as before. The key thing to remember is your IP address is locked into the app installed on your device. There are other things you could try and read up on – Click Here.
One more thing… Try to use an Ethernet cable rather than a wireless (WiFi) connection at your residence. Do this for your main TV or steaming device to watch TV online. All other connected devices can use a wireless connection. A hard-wired (Ethernet) connection will give you faster Internet connection speed. This helps reduce or eliminate consistent buffering issues.
So whether it’s an EfireTV login or EfireTV renew subscription, Efire TV SO Player, or Clear Fire TV SOPlayer, you now know what to do. Simply sign up and subscribe by clicking the link above. You can start watching all your favorites online immediately and not waste any more time.
