Is Your Issue the Same or Similar to this Person’s Issue that Came to Our Website and Sent Us a Message?…

“I attempted to renew my subscription to SoPlayer and the website where I usually renew it is no longer active. Do you know of another website I can utilize to renew my subscription? I have Had a subscription to SOPlayer for years now and I went to renew my monthly subscription as usual and the website that I normally use is no longer active. Do you have another website where I”

If you are having the same or similar issue, you must read below. Do Not Contact Us for Support or Questions. Understand there are no more SO Player IPTV services open to new customers and you CAN NOT renew your subscription with a different SO Player IPTV service even if one is available.

You CAN NOT use the same activation/login credentials from one SO Player to another or a new SO Player IPTV service. There are too many individuals with the same issue and asking the same questions.

READ BELOW, and click the link to the alternative IPTV service that is similar but uses the ISG GO app. You get new activation/login credentials (Provider ID, Device Pin Codes, Username & Pin Code).

TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ BELOW… DON’T BE IN SUCH A RUSH OR YOU WILL MESS UP…

Here’s what you need to think about if this is what you are going through right now: Your IPTV subscription service website for SO Player is no longer available/online (meaning they are gone for good). They are no longer accepting subscription renewals. You cannot get any support whatsoever from your SO Player IPTV subscription service where you paid your money.

You don’t remember Your SO Player IPTV service name, don’t know where to find their website, and can’t find the emails they sent you for support and other info. You can’t log into your IPTV service account, get an app error message, change devices, and install SO Player on another device that is not working whereas you can’t solve the issue.

Something Else You Need to Know and Understand…

SO Player/Nora GO/ISG GO IPTV Services all use an IP Lock system. This means you cannot change your IP address. The only IP address that can be used is the one you get at home from your modem/router/Internet Service Provider — for example Comcast. You CAN NOT use a VPN service and can only connect a smartphone device when traveling near or far via a WiFi connection which can change. You CAN NOT connect any other compatible device to the IP Lock IPTV service when traveling.

Perhaps the IPTV service took your money and gave you no service or it stopped, you want a refund but you are not getting anywhere to resolve the issue.

Whatever your issue is that you can’t get resolved, never go searching online and contact a 3rd-party website for support help, like ours. No one can help you but you and your subscription service or the product owner for whom you paid your money or got a free trial.

You must know the name of your SO Player IPTV Service, where to find them, and get support from them only. If you can’t, then don’t ask us. It’s time to start over and find another SO Player IPTV service whereas there’s only one left with doors open to new subscribers. Click the link above or below for the new SO Player IPTV service provider.

More Information…

Many SO Player users are confused about a lot of things. We have taken the time to help you understand and learn more below. Don’t be lazy! Do yourself a great favor by reading below. DO NOT contact us for any support.

1. Issue Concerning SO Player IPTV services and Nora GO IPTV services.

For a good while now, IPTV services for SO Player have closed down permanently or no longer serve new customers. Some of those IPTV services switched to another TV app due to issues with SO Player.

The same thing with Nora GO IPTV services. Most if not all of them also closed down, no longer accepting new customers, or switched to a different app such as the ISG GO app. As for SO Player IPTVs and Nora Go IPTVs that still allowed current customers to renew their subscriptions, many of them closed the doors to renewals.

It is extremely hard now to find a SO Player IPTV service or Nora GO IPTV service open to new customers.

If you already have the Nora Go app installed on your compatible device and looking for an IPTV service subscription to activate that app and watch TV online, you need to use an ISG GO IPTV service. This IPTV service is the closest to Nora GO.

You can still use the Nora Go app on your smart TV if already installed. However, you must uninstall Nora Go on other compatible devices. Since you will be subscribing to an ISG GO IPTV service, you need to uninstall Nora Go on other devices and install the ISG GO app.

You can find the ISG GO app inside the Google Play and Apple Play stores. As for the Amazon Fire TV/Firestick, you will not find the ISG GO app just like you won’t find the SO Player or Nora GO app. You must install the Downloader app first to install the Apk version of the app to the Fire TV/Firestick.

2. The IPTV services for SO Player, Nora Go, and ISG GO, are very similar.

They have the same type of activation/login credentials. They deliver the same type of streaming content (live channels & VOD movies/TV shows) and have the same features and setup.

3. All 3 apps above require an IPTV service provider to activate the app.

You pay the IPTV service subscription to receive the Provider ID, Device PIN Code, Username, and Password (Activation/login credentials). The IPTV delivers all the streaming content (live channels and VOD streams). The app connects to the IPTV service servers that allow you to watch your favorites on your compatible device.

4. Each SO Player IPTV service, Nora Go IPTV service, and ISG GO IPTV service, use an IP Lock system.

This means you cannot change the IP address that comes from your ISP (Internet Service Provider such as Comcast). Changing the IP address will lock you out of the TV app and IPTV service. When you activate the SO Player, Nora Go, or ISG GO app, your IP address including your smart TV/streaming device will be locked in.

You cannot share your IPTV account with other people outside your home or location (where your IP address is located). When traveling, you can only use one smartphone. You cannot connect other compatible devices to the IPTV service.

5. When switching from one SO Player IPTV service to another or Nora GO IPTV service to another or ISG GO service to another

… You may get a ‘Bad Credential’ error or some other error that prohibits activating the app. This is because the app you installed some time ago has your IP address/smart TV/streaming device(s) locked in with the previous IPTV service. The error will come when using the new IPTV service activation credentials to activate the same app.

Never use the old or previous activation credentials from the old or previous IPTV service with the new IPTV service. This will never work. One solution you can try to the app

6. What to expect when signing up to subscribe to the IPTV service or enter into the trial.

When you complete signing up to get the subscription or trial, expect to receive emails immediately from the IPTV service. If you don’t see any emails, look in your Spam/Junk mail folder. If the IPTV service emails are there, move them to your regular email inbox.

One email will have your activation/login credentials (Provider ID, Device PIN codes, Username & Password) including other important information and links. They will also tell you how to contact them for support.

7. Always remember the name of your IPTV service provider and how to find their website.

Too many visitors message us to ask who is their IPTV service and where to find them which is silly, and where is their Provider ID, PIN codes, etc. No one will know this but you. Do Not ask us. We are not your IPTV service support. We don’t provide any support at all. Go to your IPTV service website to renew your subscription.

8. Generally, all the above IPTV services Do Not have recurring/automatic billing.

You decide whether or not to renew your subscription. Some IPTVs offer a money-back guarantee (refunds). However, you need to read their Refund Policy or contact them directly to inquire about refunds.

There is no reason whatsoever to request a chargeback from your credit card institution. If you have an issue, simply contact the IPTV service when visiting their website. They will have either a chatbox agent that will respond immediately or will get back to you at their earliest convenience.

Be patient… This is not a scam. I have used and test-reviewed every IPTV service posted on this website.

9. If you see that your IPTV subscription service closed down permanently or keeps shutting down temporarily…

…their website no longer appears online or sees just a partial website, can’t get support, can’t get a refund, just can’t get anywhere, then you need to start over.

Just consider it a loss and find an alternative IPTV and app. Always start with finding the ideal IPTV service first. They will tell you what app to use. Don’t do what others have been doing and install a free app on your device first. Then start looking for an IPTV service to subscribe to/activate the app to watch TV online. There may not be an IPTV service available. Do you follow me?

10. Forget about a Free Trial if the IPTV service doesn’t have one.

Some IPTVs have no trial, low-cost trial, or no trial. Free trials are causing IPTV services to lose. Many if not most individuals want the free trial so that they can watch PPV special boxing events on Saturday. They are not interested in anything else.

When the fight is over and the trial is over, they do not purchase the subscription and the IPTV service loses. There is nothing wrong with IPTV. It’s the freebies users out there that want to take advantage for selfish reasons.

11. If you are new to IPTV services, streaming TV services, installing TV apps, or watching TV online, Do Not sign up to subscribe or enter into any trial until you learn more.

So many individuals don’t want to read our reviews and watch video reviews and do the wrong things and expect the wrong things. They don’t know what they are doing and don’t even know how to explain it correctly.

For instance, if you don’t know what is an IPTV service, you think the app is the IPTV service, then you are lost. Individuals who rush into something and pay the money to subscribe generally run into problems. Mostly because they don’t know what they are doing.

My suggestion is to take your time by signing up to get our FREE IPTV Setup Guide and learn. You will be added to our email subscription list to receive future emails relating to watching Internet TV. We will soon show everyone how to record.
