Phil here… Did my InternetTvDotCom site refer you to the vendor’s website where you purchased the software? I can track those who were referred from here but your name didn’t show up in the search results for Satellite Direct (if that’s the software you purchased). You didn’t leave much information to help you so I’m assuming you purchased Satellite Direct without being referred by my site.
In any case, whenever you make a purchase through ClickBank, you immediately receive emails. One from them and the other from Satellite Direct if that’s what you purchased. Both emails are important and will have all the information you need including the link that takes you to the member’s area.
If you can’t find the emails in your inbox, then check your SPAM filter or JUNK mail for them. A work-around to this is going to ClickBank. They handle sales, refunds, and questions pertaining to both. The link below will point you in the right direction.
